Export email address data from Outlook 2013 for Windows
This article describes how to export a copy of your email address data from Outlook® 2013.

Export email address data

In Outlook 2013, click File > Options.

In the Outlook Options window, click Advanced.

In the Export section, click Export.
The Import and Export Wizard launches.

In the Import and Export Wizard, click Export to a file, and then click Next.

Click Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.

Select the folder that you want to export, and then click Next.
Click the email address at the top of the folder list, and then click the checkbox for Include subfolders to export all data.

Click Browse, and then select the location where you want to save the .pst file.
Note: Save the file somewhere that you can easily locate for later use, such as the Desktop.

In the File Name box, type the name that you want to use for the .pst file, and then click OK.
Note: You might be prompted to enter a password. This step is optional, and you can click OK to skip it.

Click Finish.
