How to create and manage tickets

Tickets

Tickets are persistent forms that are associated with your account that enable you to send requests to and receive information from Rackspace Technology pertaining to your accounts. Rackspace may sometimes also send tickets to your account for important communications and other events.

From the portal's top toolbar, click Tickets to see the drop-down menu that enables you to perform the following actions:

  • Create Ticket: Create a new support ticket manually or using an existing template.
  • Ticket List: Filter, search, create, and export a list of all your support tickets .
