Palo Alto Firewall Access

Rackspace provides customer’s limited access to their firewall’s upon request. This article describes the access and provides links to detailed articles.

What access is available?

Secure, limited access directly to the firewall can be provided to customer’s firewall’s. Depending on the use case, this could be read-only or read-write with restrictions on what can be viewed and/or changed. A customer with the appropriate permissions on the account can request access via a ticket.
