Edge Security Services - Supported Features
At Rackspace, we want to make your security experience as seamless as possible. To do this, we have evaluated the extensive list of features offered by our Supported Vendors. We identified areas where we can perform feature configuration for you or consult with you on industry best practices, what we've seen make others successful, and landmines to avoid.
The following table describes the features that we are supporting with the Edge Security Managed Service, and where applicable which service tier they are supported within. Where features are not listed here we are able to provide support through our Professional Services team but we have not yet embedded the skills, knowledge or experience at scale within our Managed Services team so do please enquire via your account team.
