Create an Archive Audit Report
This article describes how to create an archive audit report by using the Archive Manager.
Prerequisites
- Applies to: Administrator and Compliance Officers

- Tools required: Archive Portal access
The Archive Manager records all user interactions. To view a report of activity, users with Administrator or Compliance Officer permissions can create an audit report. Reports can include information about the following items:
- User management
- Logins
- Exports/Downloads
- Search activity
- Tags activity
- Holds activity
- Purges
- Settings and policies
Note: You can download reports directly from the Archive Manager.
Create an archive audit report
To create an archive audit report, perform the following steps:

Log in to the Archive Manager.

In the upper-right corner of the window, click the gear icon.

On the Reports line, click Manage.

Under the Audits section, click +New.

After entering the guidelines for the audit report, click Create.

After the audit report is created, you can download it as a .CSV file.
