All administrator activity is logged. This includes control panel logins, administrator changes, mailbox adjustments, and mailbox logins. Administrator logs are available in the control panel for the past six months.
To review the administrator activity logs, log in to the Cloud Office Control Panel and perform the following steps:
At the top right-hand corner of the page, click your account number and select Audit Logs.
Filter by date, control panel area, or action.
Click Export List (.csv) to export the administrator activity report as an Excel®-compatible Comma Separated Values(CSV) file.
