Differences between Rackspace Intelligence for cloud and dedicated accounts

Rackspace Intelligence supports different functionalities depending on the type of account. The following table shows the differences between Rackspace dedicated and cloud accounts.

Customers cannot create or edit any entities, checks, alarms, notifications, or notification plans. They can use the Rackspace Intelligence UI to view the configuration of these elements. | Customers can use Rackspace Intelligence to create and edit entities, checks, alarms, notifications, and notification plans. |
Customers cannot configure any suppressions via the Rackspace Intelligence UI. To set up a suppression, users must contact Support. | Customers can use the Rackspace Intelligence UI to configure suppressions. |
Customers are permitted to use the following remote-type checks: TCP, ping, and HTTP.
