Manage Support Tickets

Support tickets enable you to send and receive important information about your Rackspace Technology account. Use tickets to communicate with Rackspace Technology support and view important system messages.

The Tickets drop-down menu enables you to create and manage your support tickets. You can use the Tickets drop-down menu to perform the following actions:

  • Create tickets: Create a new support ticket manually or using an existing template.
  • Ticket list: Filter, search, create, and export a list of all your support tickets .
