Update your Account’s Primary Contact#
Note: The primary contact for your account must be an active user
You can download the Primary Contact Change form by using the following steps:
Step 1. Log in to the Rackspace Technology Portal <https://login.rackspace.com/>.
Step 2. In the top navigation panel, select Account >> Docs and Forms.
Step 3. Under Compliance Documents and Forms click Primary Contact Change Form. Complete the Primary Contact Change Form and attach it on your support ticket.
