View the firewall version in the Rackspace Customer Portal

This article describes how to find the current version of your Cisco® Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA)
firewall by using the Rackspace Customer Portal.

Prerequisites

• Cisco ASA firewall

Limitations

Note that this article applies only to Cisco ASA firewalls. You cannot view other networking device versions
through the portal.

Procedure

Use the following instructions to view the firewall version in the Firewall Manager:

1. Log in to the Rackspace Customer Portal.

2. In the top navigation bar, click Network > Firewall Manager v2.

3. In the bottom left corner, the Details section shows the current version of your ASA firewall. It displays
   by the SW Version label.
