Request additional IP addresses

This article describes how to request additional IP addresses if you need a
justification form.

Create a ticket in MyRackspace portal

1. Log in to the MyRackspace Portal with your username and
   password.

2. On the top navigation bar, choose Select a Product > Rackspace Dedicated.

3. Select Tickets > Create Ticket. The Create New Ticket page displays.

4. Select the Subject field.

5. In the ticket Subject, type Additional IP Request and press Enter.

   

6. Copy the following form, paste it in the ticket, and fill in the details:

E-Mail address.................:
Server number..................:

Number of IP addresses for this request:
Your Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) justification list:
---------- Start FQDN List ----------

---------- End FQDN List ------------

Reason for additional IP address request (including the reason that you can't use name-based hosting):

NOTE: Provide a copy of the SSL Cert for HTTPS/SSL justification purposes.

7. Select Create Ticket.

Support generates the CSR for you and updates you in the ticket.
