Rackspace Private Cloud Storage Spheres of Support
The following tables delineates what managed services are in scope for each of the storage services governed by the Dedicated Hosting Product terms found here: https://www.rackspace.com/information/legal/DedicatedHostingTerms. Please note, the spheres of support differ by product. Any request for services beyond those marked in scope would command an additional charge at Rackspace then-current rates for professional services, pending availability.
