M365 Granular delegated admin permissions (GDAP) Process

The introduction of Granular delegated admin permissions (GDAP) which Microsoft enforces requires approval from a global administrator of the tenant. A customer with regulatory requirements can utilize GDAP to provide only the least-privileged access to cloud solutions partners (CSP). As GDAP has an expiration date, you will be required to approve the GDAP relationship once it has expired.

Prerequisites

• Required roles: Global admin

You will receive a URL that will open an “Approve partner roles” page within the Admin Center. The page will include the duration as well as the roles in which the user is approving.
