Import email address data into Outlook 2016 for Windows
This article describes how to import a copy of your email address data into
Outlook 2016.

Import email address data

In Outlook 2016, click File > Options in the navigation bar.

In the Outlook Options window, click Advanced.

In the Export section, click Export.
The Import and Export Wizard launches.

In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from another program or
file, and then click Next. -
Click Outlook Data File (.pst) and then click Next.

Click Browse and then select the Outlook Data File(.pst) file
you want to import. -
Select the folder from which to import. If you want to import all folders,
select the Outlook Data File and the checkbox next to Include subfolders.Select Import items into the same folder in: and select the email
address into which you want to import the data. -
Click Finish. The Outlook Data File begins importing. The time to
complete the import could take from minutes to hours, depending on
the data size.
