Import email address data into Outlook 2013 for Windows
This article describes how to import a copy of your email address data into Outlook 2013 for Windows.

Import email address data

In Outlook 2013, click Files > Options

In the Outlook Options window, click Advanced.

In the Export section, click Export.
The Import and Export Wizard launches.

In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from a file, and then click Next.

Click Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.

Click Browse, and then select the Outlook data file that you want to import.

Select the folder to import from. If you want to import all folders, select the Outlook Data File and check the Include subfolders box.

Select Import items into the same folder in: and select the email address to which you want to import the data.

Click Finish. The Outlook Data File begins importing. It could take several minutes to several hours to import, depending on the size of the importing file.
You have now successfully imported email data into Outlook 2013.
