Disable Desktop Activity Moderator
The Windows® Desktop Activity Moderator uses its own driver and service to help increase
battery efficiency when a laptop screen is on, ensuring
consistent, long battery life for devices that support connected standby.
Connected standby occurs when you have your device powered on with the screen turned
off.
Note: This feature does not apply to Windows® servers or virtual machines.
