Differences Between Rackspace Intelligence for Cloud and Dedicated accounts
Rackspace Intelligence supports different functionalities depending on the type of account. The following table shows the differences between Rackspace dedicated and cloud accounts.

Customers cannot create or edit any entities, checks, alarms, notifications, or notification plans.
