This article describes how to use the simple email set up tool in Outlook® Web Access (OWA) to set up your iPhone®.
Note: These instructions apply to customers on Microsoft Exchange 2010. If you are unsure about what Exchange platform you are using, contact your administrator.
Log in to connect.emailsrvr.com with your email address and password.
Select Options > See All Options.
Select Setup your iPhone under Shortcuts to things you can do.
On the next screen, fill in the fields that apply to you and select Send.
When you get a text message with a link to install the application, click the link and select Install > Install now.
Enter the password for your email address.
Note: If you have a passcode-protected phone, you might need to enter it to confirm the installation.
Your phone begins the verification process and you get a Verified notification when that process completes.
After the process finishes, select Done.
At this point, your email account begins syncing your mailbox from the server on your phone. The time required for this process varies depending on your connection speed and how much mail needs to sync.
From the home screen of your iPhone, select Settings >Profile.
Select Remove. Select Remove again on the confirmation screen.
Note: If you have passcode protection on your phone, you might receive a passcode notification to confirm the your account’s removal.
