Special Notes#
All previous release versions of Rackspace Private Cloud Powered by OpenStack are considered “End of Support” and no longer receive security or operational patches or updates. Customers who are currently on a previous version are encouraged to contact their Account Development Manager to schedule an upgrade to a “Supported Version”.
Any “current” OpenStack project not listed in the tables above should also be considered “Not a Standard Supported Software” with no SLA associated with it unless contracted otherwise.
